On Friday 11th November we were joined by parents of Year 1 to witness their version of the  'Great Fire of London'. Our Year 1 pupils had worked hard in creating their buildings from the 17th century and then on Friday afternoon they were displayed on the school field and set alight to show how the fire may have spread between 2nd and 6th September 1666. This caused a great deal of excitement amongst the children when the fire finally took hold!
